A person has been charged with the homicide of a grandfather who used to be shot useless in his house.
Barry Dawson used to be shot in the course of the entrance window of his terraced area in Stanley, County Durham, on Saturday afternoon.

Mr Dawson’s circle of relatives paid tribute to him on Wednesday, pronouncing he used to be a “much-loved father, granddad and spouse”.
