
The BBC is in Myanmar’s capital Nay Pyi Taw to look the destruction brought about by means of a formidable earthquake that struck on Friday.
It hit central Myanmar, close to the town of Mandalay, greater than 200km (125 miles) from Nay Pyi Taw.
One native resident described a loss of sleep and the shortcoming to rebuild on account of aftershocks. Makeshift hospitals were arrange after an emergency division collapsed.
Greater than 1,700 other people were killed by means of the quake in Myanmar and 1000’s extra injured.
